The Sugarloaf Country Club real estate market had 49 residential closings and 6 lots closings in 2016.  There are currently 30 properties for sale ranging from $679,900 to $2.9 million.  On average, properties sold for 104% of the previous purchase price. The average $ Per Square Foot was $138 in 2016 versus $146 last year.
